SAR asks for the politicians’ Securitate files

SAR asked the CNSAS, on August 9, to publish the list of dignitaries and public servants that signed a collaboration commitment with the former Securitate secret police. Therefore, SAR sent to CNSAS a list of categories of persons who’s possible collaboration with the former Securitate should be unveiled. SAR’s initiative was backed by the Coalition for a Clean Government which argued that such a move will help to speed up the process to uncover the former Securitate informers.
