The Business Forum marked the Twenty-Third Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) took place in Warsaw between 14-15 May 2014. More than one hundred high ranking officials, civil society representatives and academics, including SAR President Alina Mungiu-Pippidi held presentations during the event.
The overall theme of the event was Changing Economies, Changing Lives. Discussions were centered on the profound transformation of the last 25 years –casting a probing eye on what the next 25 years will bring: “The story of transition is not yet complete, what are the lessons that can be extracted from the past two decades and applied to the next chapter?”
